KAUFMANN Jules Puppy

Kaufmann is belived to be one of the few who made authorised copies of the colt pistol. This puppy is is ornately engraved with nickle plating.  The grip is particularly interesting as it is made from Gutta-percha. Gutta-percha is the gum of a tree native to the Malay Peninsula and Malaysia.  gutta-percha comes from the plant's name in Malay, Gutta-percha, which translates as "percha latex".
